Service Delivery Policy

GardenMate provides on-site garden and lawn care services. We do not ship physical goods. This policy outlines how we schedule and deliver our services.

Service Area

We operate exclusively in Hamilton and the Waikato region, New Zealand. Bookings from outside this area will be cancelled and refunded in full.

Booking Confirmation

After placing a booking, our team will contact you within 24 hours to confirm your first scheduled visit date and time.

Visit Scheduling

Subscription visits are scheduled fortnightly (every 2 weeks) on your preferred day. We will notify you at least 24 hours before each visit. You will receive a reminder the day before your scheduled service.

Rescheduling

We reserve the right to reschedule visits due to severe weather, equipment issues, or circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will provide as much notice as possible and arrange an alternative date at no extra cost.

Property Access

You are responsible for ensuring clear and safe access to your property on the scheduled date. If our team cannot access the site without prior notice, the visit will be charged in full.
